CST is a gentle, manual method of evaluating and releasing restrictions and adhesions in the body using the movement of the Craniosacral system, in turn effecting the central nervous system, and all bone and soft tissue.
It gently detects and assists in self-correction and helps strengthen the body's healing process to improve overall health.
